The Assistant General Manager position supports the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and provides hands-on management experience for developing leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in quick service restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift/push objects up to 30 lbs.
• Flexible with work schedule.
• Basic food safety understanding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate objectives.
• Supervise non-management staff and coach shift supervisors.
• Step in for the general manager when needed.
• Motivate staff during low morale.
• Ensure brand standards and procedures are followed.
• Maintain cash management accuracy and daily reporting.
• Address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory accuracy with spot counts.
