Job summary

Taco Bell in Sharon, MA is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager and lead a dedicated team. You will model brand standards, coach staff, and drive daily operations in the GM’s absence, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

With 3+ years in restaurant/retail management, you’ll help with P&L management, staffing, training, and performance feedback while promoting Taco Bell’s culture, equity, and belonging.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by handling cash control and inventory.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Promote Taco Bell's culture, equity and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead recognition, collaboration and team motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent for the GM.

Responsibilities

• Model brand standards and lead by example to coach the team.
• Oversee daily operations in GM's absence and make key decisions.
• Provide ongoing feedback and address employee relations issues.
• Support sourcing and hiring of Team Members and store talent.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management, cash control, and labor.
• Review financials and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support health and safety standards and facility maintenance.
