Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring an Assistant General Manager in Raynham, MA. You will support the Restaurant General Manager, lead by example, and train and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Expect to manage daily operations in the GM's absence and drive performance with a fun, growth-oriented culture. You will oversee safety, inventory, labor, and financials while promoting equity and belonging across the staff.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control, security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent, supporting the GM in the hiring process.
• Possess strong communication skills for conducting performance appraisals, taking disciplinary action, and motivating and training employees.
• Adhere to corporate policies, procedures, and Occupational Health and Food Safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence, maintain high food safety standards, and uphold Core excellence; act in GM's absence.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance assessments, provide feedback, and resolve employee relations issues.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, promoting equity and belonging.
• Assist with P&L management, including cash control, inventory, labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and health & safety standards.
