Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and drive performance.
• Oversee Shift Excellence and food safety standards.
• Recruit, interview, and hire team members while promoting equity and inclusion.
• Participate in Profit & Loss management and inventory control.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
