You will partner with the General Manager to lead store operations, manage schedules and labor, and ensure top-level guest service. You will coach Team Members, monitor financials, and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Willing to work nights/weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing.
• Ensure adherence to standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Support the General Manager with scheduling and staffing.
