Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager in maintaining brand standards. You will lead shifts, coach staff, enforce safety, and drive customer satisfaction.

The AGM will assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing future leaders while helping achieve financial goals and ensure smooth operations across all shifts.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
At least 2 years of restaurant leadership on all shifts.
High school diploma or equivalent.
English reading/writing/speaking required.
ServSafe certification and health card required.
Reliable transportation and clear background check.

Responsibilities

Lead shifts to complete tasks with quality assurance.
Coach and motivate team and shift managers.
Prioritize health and safety and OSHA compliance.
Lead training and development for leadership candidates.
Assist in recruiting and onboarding new hires.
Support GM in achieving financial goals.
Deliver 5-star customer service and experience.
