KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, is hiring an Assistant General Manager for a KFC restaurant in Noblesville, IN. In this role you will lead and coach your team, ensure outstanding guest service, manage daily operations, and uphold food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Ability to lead a team, coachStaff and deliver excellent guest service.
• Comfort with cash handling, inventory, and daily operations.
