Job summary

KBP Brands is seeking an Assistant General Manager at our KFC location in Fort Wayne, Indiana. You will lead, train, and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while overseeing daily restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift and move objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
