KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, is hiring for an Assistant General Manager at a KFC restaurant. You will lead operations, coach staff, and ensure guest satisfaction while driving profitability.

The role offers bonus eligibility, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities through internal development programs. Must be 18+, with 1+ year in food service and P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant General Manager or similar leadership role in foodservice or retail with profit and loss responsibility
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand and walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team to create a positive, productive work environment.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations: inventory, cash handling, and adherence to company policies.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during shifts.
