Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in an Assistant General Manager role in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, costs, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach team to create a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance.
