Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L management by following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, and reviewing financial reports.
• Ensure all employees receive proper training and resources.
• Champion Taco Bell's culture and values, promoting equity, inclusion, and belonging in the restaurant.
• Lead efforts in individual and team recognition, collaboration, and motivation, and support GM in hiring.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations in GM's absence and drive excellence in service, food safety, and brand standards.
• Oversee team performance, provide constructive feedback, and address employee relations issues.
• Assist with sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, fostering inclusion.
• Manage cash, inventory, and labor; review financial reports to optimize performance.
• Support facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
