Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Assist with P&L, cash control, inventory, labor, and reporting.
• Ensure employees receive proper training and resources.
• Uphold Taco Bell culture, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
• Lead recognition, collaboration, and motivation.
• Identify and recruit exceptional talent for the GM's team.
• Strong communication for performance appraisals and coaching.
• Adhere to corporate policies, OHSA and food safety standards.

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling MIC Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to Shift Excellence responsibilities and food safety standards; take charge in GM’s absence.
• Collaborate with the GM on performance feedback and issue resolution.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members.
• Assist with Profit & Loss management including cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Review financial reports and take actions to optimize performance.
• Support the GM in facility maintenance and safety standards.
