Job summary

Royal City Bell, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure safety and quality in a high-volume Taco Bell. You will partner with the GM on staffing, training, and financial goals while delivering a 5-star customer experience.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of leadership in a restaurant, English proficiency, and ServSafe certification. The role requires a reliable commute and thorough background checks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant leadership across all shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; ServSafe certification required.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English; reliable transportation and clear background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining quality.
• Coach and motivate team members and shift managers to deliver a top customer experience.
• Prioritize health and safety and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Train and develop leaders, assisting in creating development plans.
• Collaborate with the GM to identify staffing needs, interview candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Support the GM in achieving the restaurant's financial goals.
• Provide 5-star service to customers and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in overall restaurant operations in the GM's absence.
