Applegreen is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, coaching staff and ensuring smooth store performance. You will help implement business objectives and uphold brand standards across shifts.

The role offers entry-level management exposure with emphasis on leadership, guest service, and operations. A flexible schedule and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.
• Passionate about helping people learn and grow the business.
• Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
• Flexible and open work schedule.
• Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
• 2+ years of experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver performance feedback, set goals, foster teamwork, and communicate business objectives.
• Supervise day-to-day operations of non-management staff and coach shift supervisors.
• Cover duties in the absence of the general manager.
• Motivate staff, especially during times of low morale.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ensure company policies and brand standards are followed.
