Ideal candidates bring 3 years of restaurant management experience, solid knowledge of labor laws and safety standards, and a passion for coaching staff toward excellence. This role is full-time with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others and develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• Partner with General Manager to keep the restaurant at top performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
