Buffalo Wild Wings in New Berlin, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants. You will partner with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at the top of its game and drive guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience, strong knowledge of labor laws and health codes, and a passion for training and developing a team.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation.
• Ability to lead and train a team and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
