You will drive guest engagement and guest-related metrics while mentoring the team. The role emphasizes training, safety, and a passion for delivering legendary experiences.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders and Service Assistants.
• Partner with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates at peak performance.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement to create memorable experiences.
