Buffalo Wild Wings in Fond du Lac, WI is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead restaurant operations and develop a high-performance team. You will supervise Shift Managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants, in collaboration with the General Manager to keep the restaurant at its best.

The role emphasizes guest engagement and metrics, with a focus on training, development, and delivering legendary experiences for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems and procedures, and computer operations.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop your team.

Responsibilities

• Manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• Focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
