Buffalo Wild Wings in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants. Working with the General Manager, you’ll ensure the restaurant runs at its best and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

We value 3 years of restaurant or bar management, solid knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food safety, responsible alcohol service, safety procedures, and PC/POS use. All backgrounds welcome.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you have 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience.
• Knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and safety systems.
• Ability to manage and direct others, champion change, and train/develop your team.

Responsibilities

• You will manage Shift Managers, Servers, Bartenders, and Service Assistants.
• In partnership with the General Manager, you’ll help ensure the restaurant is at the top of its game.
• You will also focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement.
