Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Colleyville, TX to support the GM in delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining brand standards. You will lead a team, manage store operations, and help drive local marketing efforts while upholding our mission to inspire healthy living.

You will review KPIs, supervise cash handling, ensure food safety, and champion company culture and guest satisfaction through daily leadership and hands-on coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a shift lead in a restaurant or similar retail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist the GM with hiring, developing, and leading the team to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission.
• Use P&L, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central tools to achieve operational excellence.
• Develop local store marketing plans and initiate community outreach through events.
• Collaborate with the GM to deliver the best smoothies and review KPIs to address issues with the GM.
• Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines and team compliance.
• Champion and embody our culture, mission, and core values.
• Maintain store cleanliness with monthly inspections and equipment updates.
• Drive implementation of company programs and motivate teams to meet standards.
• Communicate marketing strategies in-store and ensure proper execution to drive results.
