Job summary

Popeyes in San Antonio is seeking an Assistant General Manager who can lead with energy, coach a diverse crew, and deliver the brand’s famous hospitality. You will support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, guest experience, and ensuring quality and safety.

This role requires 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management, a hands-on leadership style, strong communication, and the ability to manage labor and costs while maintaining a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Hands-on leadership style with a lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence to ensure speed, accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop and motivate team members to meet service goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor and food costs and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding and training of new team members.
