Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a General Manager to lead our San Antonio restaurant, driving daily operations, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. You will set the tone for a high-energy, guest-first culture and mentor a diverse team to deliver consistent, elevated service.

You’ll model accountability, manage scheduling and payroll, and own local marketing initiatives to grow sales while upholding safety and quality standards. A strong leader with a passion for growth will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is a plus; high school diploma required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
