Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and deliver the brand’s legendary Southern hospitality. You’ll lead shifts, monitor food quality and safety, manage labor costs, and respond to guest feedback with care.

3–5 years in restaurant or retail management is preferred, with frontline coaching and performance development.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations from front to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence, ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to meet service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures; assist with hiring and training.
