Qualifications

• Five years of progressive hotel experience (Rooms or Food & Beverage) or related education.
• Supervisory background required.
• Ability to stay calm and objective under pressure.
• Must hold or obtain certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple departments and drive hotel profitability by managing teams and partnering with the General Manager.
• Identify and proactively tackle operational challenges to ensure smooth daily hotel flow.
• Recruit, hire, and train Guest Services staff and develop team members through ongoing programs.
• Listen actively and maintain clear communication with colleagues and guests.
