Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hotel Food & Beverage management.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service and hospitality on every shift.
• Preside over cash handling, POS operations, and transactions.
• Maintain stock, pricing, promos, and cleanliness of the cafe area.
• Lead Baristas and Shift Leads; train crew with the Starbucks Manager.
• Oversee operations and ensure professional appearance and service.
