Job summary

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in hotel management, with Hilton experience preferred, and will work flexible hours to meet business needs. This is a hands-on leadership position within a dynamic property.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Hotel Management Experience. Hilton experience is preferred.
• Additional: Will be required to work flexible scheduled shifts based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation of all resort departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Banquets, F&B).
• Review financial statements, sales and activity reports to measure productivity and identify cost reductions and improvements.
• Ensure brand standards and staffing levels meet guest expectations across all departments.
• Lead and develop departmental teams; provide coaching and constructive feedback.
• Maintain licenses, permits, and OSHA safety compliance.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and manage guest and stakeholder relationships.
