Responsibilities

• Respond to guest requests, complaints and accidents in a courteous, attentive and timely manner.
• Maximize room revenue and occupancy by reviewing status daily and monitoring variances.
• Prepare team member schedules according to forecast, payroll budgets and productivity.
• Interview and recruit team members with effective interviewing skills.
• Operate front office systems, generate reports, and perform basic programming tasks.
• Uphold safety: participate in accident prevention, safety meetings, and follow-up investigations.
