Job summary

Giri Hotels is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager for Residence Inn Lebanon in Lebanon, NH. You will assist the General Manager in planning and overseeing day-to-day hotel operations to ensure excellent guest experiences while meeting budget and quality standards.

Key duties include supervising Front Desk, Reservations and Housekeeping, resolving guest concerns, and coordinating with department heads to stay profitable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hospitality management or supervisory roles.
• Experience leading front desk, housekeeping, and reservations.
• Strong customer service focus and guest satisfaction mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in day-to-day hotel operations and standards.
• Oversee Front Desk, Reservations, and Housekeeping.
• Interface with guests to address concerns and ensure excellence.
• Collaborate with GM and department heads to maintain profitability.
• Coordinate with corporate for procedures including accounting.
• Support HR tasks, staff motivation, and development.
• Ensure compliance with laws and hotel policies.
• Uphold guest experiences that exceed expectations.
