Job summary

Olympia Hospitality seeks an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in running daily hotel operations and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will help guide service standards, coordinate with department heads, and uphold our commitment to a welcoming, efficient guest experience.

The role focuses on driving revenue, controlling expenses, training and developing team members, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hotel leadership, management or supervisory experience preferred.
• College degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Understanding operations of Sales, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
• Drive revenue and control expenses to achieve strong financial performance.
• Train and develop team members; provide direction and support to ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Department Managers to maintain consistency across all shifts.
