You will lead sales efforts, supervise departments, manage budget processes, coach managers, and ensure compliance with company SOPs. The role requires 5–6 years of hotel experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred, with long hours and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5-6 years progressive experience in a hotel.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple departments and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts, including calling on top accounts and meeting clients.
• Tour operating departments daily and adjust as needed with department heads.
• Lead weekly staff meetings and training sessions per Highgate standards.
• Meet financial review dates and corporate programs on time.
• Hold monthly financial reviews with all department managers and supervisors.
• Ensure department heads maintain productivity and proper accounting procedures.
• Develop managers for future advancement through training programs.
• Participate in required M.O.D. coverage as scheduled.
• Maintain contact with management trainees and ensure policy compliance.
• Assist in budget processes and ensure service standards training.
• Create a positive team environment focused on guest satisfaction and development.
