Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Homewood Suites by Hilton Destin, FL. You will lead all operational managers to execute daily to annual action plans, and step in as General Manager when needed.

The role requires strong financial acumen, Hilton familiarity, and a proven track record in guest satisfaction, staffing, and strategic planning. A demanding yet rewarding opportunity in a beachfront setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management experience in hospitality.
• Experience in hotel operations and budgeting is required.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Familiarity with brand standards and financial forecasting.
• Ability to resolve guest, supervisor, and staff conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all operational managers to execute plans aligned with the property strategy.
• Plan and attend meetings; ensure brand SOP compliance.
• Develop and manage Rooms/F&B budgets and forecasts.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
• Participate in Executive Committee duties and financial objectives.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address guest and associate issues.
• Maintain attendance and flexible scheduling; other duties as assigned.
