Job summary

Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, seeks a General Manager for our Homewood Suites by Hilton in Pensacola,FL. The role leads an upcoming extended-stay hotel opening in early winter 2027, located downtown Pensacola near the bay.

The ideal candidate will drive profitability, build and train high-performing teams, and ensure outstanding guest service while leveraging Hilton operating systems. A proven GM track record in extended-stay hotels is required.

Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who has always dreamed of managing a beautiful hotel near Pensacola Bay. The Homewood Suites by Hilton is still under construction with an expected opening date in the early winter of 2027

The hotel is ideally located in downtown Pensacola, just two blocks from beautiful Pensacola Bay. The hotel offers spacious extended-stay accommodations, complimentary evening socials, an outdoor pool, and more than 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting space. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a premier Hilton property in one of Florida's most vibrant coastal destinations.

We are seeking a General Manager with a passion for developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager of an extended-stay hotel and be proficient with Hilton operating systems.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of:

• Leading profitable hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Building, hiring, training, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Successfully opening new hotels or leading major hotel transitions.
• Managing expenses, increasing revenue, and achieving ownership's financial objectives without compromising the guest or team member experience.
• Creating a culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
