Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, seeks a General Manager for the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Pensacola, a premier property opening soon near Pensacola Bay.

Ideal candidates have at least two years as a General Manager of an extended-stay hotel and are proficient with Hilton operating systems. You will lead pre-opening readiness, recruit and develop a top-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager of an extended-stay hotel.
• Proficient with Hilton operating systems.
• Ability to lead profitable hotel operations while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Beechwood Hospitality, an MMI company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader who has always dreamed of managing a beautiful hotel near Pensacola Bay. The Homewood Suites by Hilton is still under construction with an expected opening date in the early winter of 2027

The hotel is ideally located in downtown Pensacola, just two blocks from beautiful Pensacola Bay. The hotel offers spacious extended-stay accommodations, complimentary evening socials, an outdoor pool, and more than 1,500 square feet of flexible meeting space. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a premier Hilton property in one of Florida's most vibrant coastal destinations.

We are seeking a General Manager with a passion for developing people, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience as a General Manager of an extended-stay hotel and be proficient with Hilton operating systems.

Successful candidates will have a proven track record of:

• Leading profitable hotel operations while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.
