Homewood Suites is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to help lead the hotel team. The role focuses on hands-on leadership, associate development, and delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and smooth operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to drive performance, manage budgets, and foster a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Train new associates and newly promoted associates.
• Plan, schedule, assign, direct, and review associate work.
• Conduct staff meetings and follow SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager with counseling associates and managing Duty shifts.
• Lead revenue management efforts to meet occupancy and ADR targets.
• Improve guest satisfaction through staff development and service quality.
