Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Front Desk experience, preferably in leadership role.
• Proficient with PMS system. Hilton experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of brand's reward program.
• Able to handle cash and credit transactions.
• Computer literacy and financial management a must.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, guest service, and telephone service.
• Interact with guests to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction.
• Prepare forecasts and reports; assist in budget development for the room's operations.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimum performance.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve occupancy and guest experience.
