Beechwood Hospitality is seeking a General Manager to lead the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Pensacola as it nears opening. The role requires delivering exceptional guest experiences while guiding financial performance and operations for an extended-stay property.

The ideal candidate has at least two years as a GM in extended-stay hotels, is proficient with Hilton systems, and has a proven record of building strong teams and opening or transitioning properties to meet guest and owner expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as General Manager of an extended-stay hotel.
• Proficient with Hilton operating systems.
• Proven track record in opening or transitioning hotels and building teams.
