Job summary

Homewood Suites by Hilton Destin in Florida is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead guest registration, checkout and front desk operations. You will supervise staff, manage labor, and ensure brand standards and guest satisfaction through training and performance coaching.

The role requires overseeing forecasting, budgeting support, and coordination with sales, while maintaining front office systems. Strong communication and 2+ years leadership in a hotel environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Front Desk experience, preferably in leadership role.
• Proficient with PMS system.
• Hilton experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of the brand’s rewards program.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and phone service while applying brand standards.
• Interview, hire, train, develop, and discipline staff as needed.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and assist in room budget development.
• Monitor front office systems and equipment for optimal performance.
• Track guest satisfaction and maximize guest feedback responsiveness.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve occupancy and revenue.
