Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality is a MUST (Theme Parks, Family Entertainment Centers, Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, or Restaurants).
• 3+ years’ supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong communication skills; ability to write and verbally communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a team environment for exceptional customer service.
• Assist in hiring and retention of staff.
• Develop weekly schedules based on staffing needs.
