• Maintain guest satisfaction by resolving issues and supporting service recovery.
• Monitor cleanliness, safety, and brand compliance.
• Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Lead by example to maintain a positive environment.
• Support implementation of hotel initiatives and standards.
• Ensure staffing levels meet service needs across the hotel.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed.
