Fairfield Inn & Suites, operated by Lafrance Hospitality, seeks an Assistant General Manager to collaborate with the General Manager on daily hotel operations and guest satisfaction. You will lead front desk and housekeeping activities, uphold brand standards, and drive profitability through cost controls and effective team leadership.

The role requires at least 1–3 years in hotel front desk or property management, with a strong emphasis on guest relationships and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Front Desk experience or property management background is required.
• Strong guest service orientation and relationship-building.
• Ability to lead a hotel team and manage daily operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front office operations including guest service, brand standards, room availability, cost controls and profitability, systems use and management, department management, policy and procedure implementation and enforcement and meeting participation and facilitation.
• Monitor and encourage team members performance and assist in training needs. Actively work on coaching, evaluating, and rewarding team members. Assist in scheduling and employee reviews process.
• Monitor guest satisfaction reviews and scores with the General Manager and improve accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with Marriott and Lafrance standards.
• Greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner and resolves guest concerns.
• Manage the housekeeping/laundry department as well as some housekeeping responsibilities.
