Popeyes in Davenport, IA is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations, coach the crew, and uphold Popeyes’ renowned Southern hospitality.

The AGM will lead shifts, monitor food quality and safety, manage labor and costs, and help hire and train new team members, with opportunities for leadership development within a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management (QSR experience is a plus).
• People-first leadership style with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
