Job summary

EōS Fitness is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our Sales team and drive membership growth at our Texas location. You will coach staff, manage member journeys, and ensure excellent service while adapting to evolving gym needs.

Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, overseeing billing and follow-ups, and maintaining a safe, clean facility. CPR certification and background checks are required, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 3-4 years of sales experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Sales team to meet targets and drive weekends sales.
• Sell club memberships, fitness services, products and programs.
• Oversee billing processes for memberships and lead follow-up.
• Communicate goals and procedures to staff clearly.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and certifications.
• Address member concerns promptly and professionally.
• Engage with members, listen to needs, provide clear responses.
• Communicate calmly during emergencies to ensure safety.
