Fit Fusion is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support a high-performance gym environment and work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional member experience in alignment with Crunch brand standards.

You will recruit, train, and develop a motivated MSR team, monitor KPI performance, manage scheduling and labor, resolve member service issues with empathy, and lead front desk and Kids Crunch activities while maintaining a clean, well-maintained

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience.
• Experience executing objectives and managing key KPIs.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Understanding of labor control and overtime management.
• Clear communication skills with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Monitor staff KPIs and performance against targets.
• Lead by example to achieve personal and team targets.
• Manage staff performance, development, and coaching.
• Support General Manager with scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member issues with pace and empathy.
• Lead generation and outreach to boost new member sales.
• Supervise front desk and Kids Crunch activities.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Oversee incident reporting and Crunch policies compliance.
