This role requires 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality, strong cost and labor management, and the ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience. Expect a fast-paced environment with weekends, nights, and holidays as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant/hospitality experience required.
• Proven leadership and staff development skills.
• Strong ability to manage COGS and labor costs.
• Solid business acumen and budgeting experience.
• Able to lead a team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Must be able to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities
