Job summary

CAVA – Lake Nona in Orlando, FL seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, partner with the General Manager on plans and metrics, and develop Team Members through coaching and training.

This role supports scheduling, forecasting, labor management, and inventory while maintaining CAVA’s standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management and cost control.
• Supervise and coach Team Members.
• Support scheduling and staffing.
• Address Team Member issues to maintain positive environment.
• Enhance guest experience with high service standards.
