You will supervise Team Members, manage scheduling, inventory, and cost control, while upholding CAVA standards for quality, safety, and guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a supervisory or management role in hospitality/foodservice.
• Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing.
• Ensure adherence to food quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and cost controls to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and coach Team Members, providing performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing, addressing team issues as needed.
