CAVA in Orlando is seeking an Assistant General Manager to bring our hospitality standards to life across daily restaurant operations and guest interactions.

You will partner with the General Manager to lead schedules, forecasting, labor, and inventory while developing hourly Team Members and ensuring top-tier guest experiences. This role emphasizes leadership, financial accountability, food safety, and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Able to manage financial aspects, including budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure adherence to CAVA standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory management, supply ordering, and cost control to maintain profitability.
• Supervise and support Team Members with training and performance feedback.
• Support scheduling and staffing, resolving team conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Enhance guest experience by upholding high service standards and addressing customer concerns.
• Assist with financial reporting, performance analysis, and budget adherence.
• Ensure food safety practices and team training on proper procedures.
