Job summary

KidStrong Cedar Park is hiring an Assistant General Manager to drive growth, lead the coaching staff, and deliver an exceptional family experience. You will manage outbound sales, schedule events, and support daily operations in a high-energy, child-focused center.

The role includes overseeing coaches, tracking KPIs, and ensuring top-tier service while maintaining KidStrong standards. In-person work in Cedar Park, TX with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or working with kids ages 15 months to 11 years.
• Proven ability to close sales and hit targets.
• Willingness to obtain CPR certification.
• Ability to train and lead staff in a fast-paced center.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound sales calls to new leads (75–100 calls/day).
• Close trial sales and memberships in-center or over the phone.
• Sell and schedule events (camps, parties, pop-ups).
• Act as Manager on Duty when GM is off.
• Onboard and mentor coaches using the KidStrong DNA framework.
• Track KPIs and maintain high customer service and center operations.
