Team Car Care West, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth, coach staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in our Matteson service center. You will work with the GM to enhance guest counts, lead through coaching and training, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• One to three years of retail management experience.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily team huddles and store meetings to set direction.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and expense controls.
• Assist GM with budgeting, sales forecasts, and financial performance.
• Provide clear guidance to the team and mentor automotive technicians and CSAs.
• Ensure the service center is clean, safe, and presentable.
• Open/close duties when GM is off and support guest needs.
