Team Car Care West, LLC (US) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to drive revenue growth and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced service center in Chicago. You will work with the General Manager to coach staff, manage operations, and deliver consistent results across guest interactions and sales metrics.

The role requires 1–3 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to analyze financial objectives to improve performance.
